Refunds and Exchanges - 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ( WE ASK THAT YOU DO GIVE THE ITEM A TRY MORE THAN JUST ONCE AS 99% OF THE TIME EXTRACTION AND RESULTS ARE VISABLE AFTER USING THE DEEP CLEANSER FRESH OUT OF A WARM SHOWER) (FOR OTHER ITEMS WE ASK THE SAME AS YOU DO HAVE 30 DAYS AVAILABLE FOR A SATISFACTORY REFUND.)

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on defective or damaged products, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at help@clearproco.com with proof (picture or video) of the defective/damaged items. We will kindly offer a full refund or a replacement free of charge! ( we can not count a time where 2 cleansers were sent and both defective or damaged). For a full refund, you will have to return the damaged item to us or send proof the item did not work upon arrival or using properly within 30 days of delivery. After determining if a refund is necessary on a broken item the money will appear in your account within 1-3 business days. (Paypal is generally instantaneous)

Please note that if a return is necessary in the case of an unwanted/unused device we will cover the cost of the return label and email you that label ready to print and stick on a package. With defective and used devices we generally ask for proof the device is not usable and will not require the item back as we will generally just dispose of the item.

Once your returned item is in transit received, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price.

If a refund is requested before the package has arrived we ask that you wait until arrival so we can send a return label and confirm you no longer need or desire the item.

With international shipment, we understand you may be waiting a bit longer than expected. We will not offer a refund because of a carrier not fulfilling their requirement instead we will look to track that item down and have it delivered speedily. If the delay is due to customs we will look to cover a small amount of the fee if need be though this tax is for the receiver.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ClearPro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed to be delivered via tracking. Upon inquiry, ClearPro will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We do ensure almost all packages, in this rare case of a stolen item please stay calm as we can possibly look to get your money from USPSback and even a new item sent.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@clearproco.com 

Sale items (if applicable)

Items discounted at a rate larger than 28% are not subject to refund after the code is used to check out.
